Vision. There is more to life and business than what is happening in your local areas. Your downlines need to widen their expectations for success by “seeing” what is possible in the business at events.
Education. When our Team attends an event, they have the opportunity to “sharpen their saws”. They receive specific business building training and product training and leave the event better equipped to represent the company and build their business.
Validation. Seeing is believing. At events, you meet people who are getting results with your company’s products. You meet people who are making money. You meet the corporate leadership. It becomes “real”.
Credibility. Again, when you and your distributors witness actually product and business results at an event, it builds the credibility of the company and the opportunity. There is power in credibility for your team will lose faith in what they represent if they don’t believe in it.
Inspiration. How can we not help but be inspired at an event when personal development is taught. When we associate with success minded people, that mindset rubs off on us.
Reality check. Yes, events can serve to be a “gut” check for all of us. If we are not where we want to be in the business and others are, then the event can serve to help us recommit to doing what is necessary to make it.
Recognition. I have been taught that people will do more for recognition than they ever will do for money. Now personally, I have found this to be true some of the time. But at events, when people are recognized for their accomplishments, it helps them and their teams fully realize that success is within everyone’s reach.
Expand. Events expand vision. They expand mindset. They expand faith and belief. Watching a recording of the event cannot duplicate this. There is something special about being there live.
Decision. I have seen people’s lives change by attending an event. I have seen people decide to focus. I have seen people decide they want greatness. Decisions to reach for the top are made at events!
Business Growth. The more people on your team that you get to your Team and Company events, the faster your business will grow. People will go home with a focused game plan and a renewed conviction. Count on it.

Good post, however only some of the points were actually treated really good, I think digging deep for the topic to make it more informative will really help, will be looking forward for more informative post than this.
